Our Tribus Christmas tradition continues
Recent years have seen us develop the competitive Christmas game, 'Do You See What AI Sees?' Utilising a machine learning model that would be considered rudimentary by today's standards, challenged you to guess the festive film it was attempting to visually recreate before it completed it. Still playable, see if you can outsmart it by clicking here to play.
Perhaps our most well-known game that we developed, Sprout Flicker, was our festive take on the classic Paper Toss game. Still attracting thousands of plays a year (totalling over 250k). Join the players still striving to beat their high scores.
And last year, we launched Cyber Claus, powered by state-of-the-art generative AI, it was a digital take on Santa’s naughty and nice list. Players relived their childhood by writing Cyber Claus their own Christmas letter and, with the magic of Christmas (and our tech), received a personalised response and definitive decision as to whether they had made it on to the nice list that year or could expect a lump of coal in their stocking!
New from the Tribus workshop…
This year, we bring you Festive Fables, a unique Christmas experience where magic meets innovation. Capturing your Christmas wishes and what Christmas means to you, it will create a festive tale, illustrate it and narrate it just for you, as if reading cosily by the fireside.
We’ve utilised some exciting technology in producing this festive treat including Tailwind CSS, GSAP, Vue 3 and cutting-edge CSS techniques to realise our festive vision for this project and bring it to life in an engaging web application.
Diving deeper, we used Vue, TanStack and Axios which enabled us to create the bridge between the user and the magical technology producing these beautiful stories. This framework managed all of the API calls to the underlying AI model and handled the responses back from it, creating a seamless experience. Finally, we streamlined the complex build process using Vite, enabling rapid iteration and development.
